Business Profile Cliffside Systems, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business and is providing the mission critical support services in secure classified environments to DoD and commercial customers. Since July 2000 Cliffside Systems, Inc. has been providing training on a wide range of Telecommunications Systems and Products, including Avaya product line. Training services include System Administration (basic and advanced), Installation and Maintenance (I&M), World Class Routing, Call Vectoring and additional telecom and communications courses in either a classroom or customer on-site environment.
